I am running an Enterprise AI factory at scale, and write about the challenges we are confronted with every day. I'm also a part-time university lecturer and an AI researcher. I eat my own dog food, therefore I implement my own research, meaning I need to do a good job, both at being an applied researcher, and implementer. I have worked roughly 15 years in machine learning, data science, and the governance that surrounds them. My specialty lies in guiding organizations from pilots, through vision and strategy development, to full-scale AI implementations. I also run the TechTonic Shifts blog, where I shares real insights on AI and its impact and as a lecturer I train the next generation of professionals in applied machine learning and data science.
